Chef Lee’s passionate views on food can be highlighted by his career path. During his 28 years as the Senior Executive chef with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, Chef Lee served four US presidents, catered the US Open golf tournament and multiple PGA championships, catered 15 Superbowls and catered corporate galas of up to 30,000 people.
One of just four Metro East chefs who claim membership in the prestigious Honorable Order of the Golden Toque, Chef Lee’s creative efforts have been showcased in magazines, books, and widespread media profiles.
